Responsibilities

• Operate hand and power tools for assembly and shaping tasks.
• Assist in training new team members on best practices.
• Maintain equipment and tools to ensure proper functionality.
• Document work completed and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
• Drive initiatives for operational efficiency and waste reduction.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Certificate in Metal Fabrication or related field
• Additional qualifications in plastic works are a plus

Experience

• Experience with both metal and plastic materials is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Plastic Welding
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Problem-Solving
• Effective Communication

Certifications

• First Aid Certification
• Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
