Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Services Veterinarian to provide exceptional technical support and share expertise across our product line. In this role, you will engage with stakeholders, including sales teams and clients, to ensure they are well-informed and effectively utilizing our products.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer inquiries and technical issues with our veterinary products.
  • Organise and conduct seminars and workshops to educate veterinary professionals.
  • Manage feedback and suggestions from clients to improve product quality and service.
  • Assist in compliance with regulatory requirements and submissions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in animal health, sharing knowledge with team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science or equivalent
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Veterinary Medicine or related field preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a technical services role or similar in the animal health sector.
