Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and preventive health examinations.
• Identify and treat diseases and injuries.
• Advise clients on pet health issues and nutrition.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of veterinary medicine.
• Participate in continuing education and training.
• Support clinic operations through administration and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on complex cases.
• Engage with clients to build lasting relationships.
• Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science
• Master's degree in Veterinary Medicine is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting preferred

Certifications

• Membership in the Australian Veterinary Association

Languages

• English: Fluent
