Job Description

The Branch Banker is responsible for managing customer accounts and providing financial advice and services. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as knowledge of banking regulations and financial products.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily transactions and maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs.
  • Provide expert advice on financial products and services.
  • Promote bank services to increase customer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines in all interactions.
  • Regularly review customer accounts for potential upgrades and services.
  • Collaborate with team members to share best practices.
  • Engage with high-net-worth clients to provide tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about banking regulations and market trends.
  • Facilitate financial literacy workshops for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in banking or financial services
