  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy details and benefits.
  • Ensure timely processing of claims and address client concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and insurance transactions.
  • Work alongside underwriters to find optimal coverage options for clients.
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills.
  • Deliver client presentations on new policies or changes to existing coverage.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulations.
Job Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Insurance Broking
  • Diploma in Insurance or related field preferred
  • Insurance Knowledge Deep understanding of various insurance products and services.
  • CRM Software Proficiency Experience using CRM tools to manage customer relationships.
  • Excellent Communication Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Customer Service Strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Negotiation Skills Proven ability to negotiate contracts and terms beneficial to the client.
  • License to provide insurance advice
  • Membership with the National Insurance Brokers Association
  • English (Fluent)
