Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you'll be pivotal in providing tailored advice and solutions to clients seeking insurance coverage. Your role involves analysing clients' needs, recommending appropriate policies, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the client relationship.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess clients' insurance needs through consultations.
  • Develop tailored insurance solutions based on thorough analysis.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding policy details and benefits.
  • Ensure timely processing of claims and address client concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and insurance transactions.
  • Work alongside underwriters to find optimal coverage options for clients.
  • Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills.
  • Deliver client presentations on new policies or changes to existing coverage.
  • Engage in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new clients.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure adherence to regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate IV in Insurance Broking
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is a plus
Experience
  • 3-5 years of insurance sales experience
