Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Information and Record Clerk responsible for the secure storage, retrieval, and maintenance of valuable items. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records while adhering to strict security protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Manage access to the vault, ensuring strict security protocols are followed.
  • Support clients with inquiries about their stored items.
  • Develop and implement inventory tracking processes.
  • Perform routine inspections of vault security systems.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to address any potential issues or breaches.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in security and/or inventory management preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a security or inventory-related role.
