Job Description

An Industrial Truck Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial trucks and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling vehicles. If you're skilled in diesel engines, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and repair diesel engines, specializing in bus and truck systems.
  • Perform electrical diagnostics and repairs on heavy vehicles.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.
  • Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Engage in team meetings to share insights and improve processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant automotive engineering trade qualifications
  • Additional trade qualifications (desirable)
Experience
  • Experience in the automotive or machinery maintenance industry preferred.
