Join our rapidly expanding team as an Automotive Service Technician. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle braking systems and ensuring optimal performance and safety for our clients' vehicles. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong mechanical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Examine and repair vehicle brake systems.
• Provide technical guidance to apprentices or new technicians.
• Engage with customers to explain necessary repair work and service options.
• Ensure that all safety measures are followed while performing repairs.
• Work towards achieving monthly performance targets.
• Assist in the training of junior technicians on best practices.
• Prepare and maintain accurate service reports.
• Suggest improvements for workshop processes and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Trade qualifications in Automotive Braking Systems (preferred)
• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Prior experience working independently in a workshop environment.

Certifications
