Job Description

We are seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose and repair vehicle drivability issues, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service. You’ll utilise your technical expertise to conduct repairs and communicate effectively with clients about their vehicle needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilise diagnostic software to assess vehicle conditions.
• Provide written estimates for repairs and communicate timelines to customers.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles for safety.
• Assist in parts ordering and inventory management.
• Develop strong relationships with customers.
• Participate in training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship at all times.
• Help foster a positive team environment.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate IV in Automotive Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Technical Skills

• Experience with hybrid or electric vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Adaptability

Certifications

• ASE Certification would be an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in using advanced diagnostic tools: Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools like IDS and GDS2.
• Familiarity with electric vehicle systems: Strong understanding of EV technology and repair.
