Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Automotive Engineer to join our dynamic design team. The successful candidate will create innovative, fuel-efficient automobile designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that designs meet technical and commercial requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through to completion, ensuring alignment with company vision and goals.
• Develop strategies for reducing emissions and increasing efficiency in vehicle designs.
• Provide technical support during the manufacturing process to resolve any design-related issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices for automotive design.
• Regularly review and update design documentation to reflect any changes and improvements.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field
• Master's degree or higher in a relevant discipline is desirable

Experience

• 5 years of experience in auto design or a closely related field.
