Job Description

As a Test Engine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our innovative test engines. You will ensure the engines perform optimally through rigorous testing and troubleshooting, contributing directly to advancements in automotive technology.

Responsibilities

  • Operate high-tech dynamometer equipment for engine testing.
  • Evaluate engine performance using established testing protocols.
  • Document and report any anomalies or deviations in performance.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for performance issues.
  • Collaborate with mechanical engineers on engine modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations during testing.
  • Assist in the design of new testing frameworks.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical knowledge.
  • Work on maintaining calibration of testing devices and sensors.
  • Support troubleshooting of testing machinery when required.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
Experience
  • Experience with engine testing methodologies is essential.
