Looking for a motivated IT Support Technician to provide support and maintenance for our IT infrastructure in Gold Coast. In this role, you will engage with users to address their technical concerns, assist with hardware and software installations, and play a critical part in ensuring our IT systems run efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for technical support queries.
• Evaluate and manage hardware and software performance.
• Schedule repairs and maintenance of faulty IT equipment.
• Prepare IT reports for management review.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or relevant field

Experience

• 1+ years of practical experience in IT support

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
