Responsibilities

  • Ensure thorough maintenance of track infrastructure to prevent accidents.
  • Conduct damage assessments and implement corrective actions.
  • Operate heavy machinery related to track maintenance.
  • Assist other departments such as Track Inspectors and Signal Technicians.
  • Follow company protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Maintain and repair track maintenance tools and equipment.
  • Work in various locations as required by the job.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Encourage safety awareness amongst team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Certifications in railway track maintenance are advantageous
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience with tie tamper operation is required.
