Responsibilities

• Work closely with teams to analyze existing workflows and improve productivity.
• Use Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to lead process improvement projects.
• Design and implement production layout changes for greater efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics and recommend action plans to meet targets.
• Train staff on new processes and operational efficiencies.
• Develop solutions to overcome operational challenges and enhance quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a manufacturing or engineering role focused on process improvement
