We are seeking skilled Cement Masons and Concrete Finishers to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of concrete finishing techniques and a passion for quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Construct slab forms and pour concrete in accordance with specifications.
• Finish concrete surfaces using tools and techniques suited for the project requirements.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on existing concrete structures.
• Inspect completed work and coordinate with supervisors to resolve any issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines on construction sites.

Requirements

Education

• Certification or formal training in concrete finishing

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in concrete finishing

Technical Skills

• Concrete Finishing
• Blueprint Reading

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with different types of concrete finishes: Knowledge of polished, exposed aggregate, and stamped concrete finishes.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery: Hands-on experience with concrete mixers, lifts, and trowels.
