Job Description

The Faculty Research Assistant is responsible for supporting research efforts under the guidance of faculty members. The role includes conducting data analysis, assisting with research design, and preparing reports to communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive research to support ongoing projects.
• Analyze data and interpret results for research publications.
• Attend conferences and workshops to present findings.
• Coordinate with faculty and researchers to develop research proposals.
• Assist in the management of research resources and materials.
• Develop and maintain research documentation for compliance.
• Ensure adherence to ethical research practices.
• Provide technical assistance with research software tools.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field

Experience

• Experience with qualitative research methods and academic writing is preferred

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Project Management: Ability to manage research projects from conception to completion.
