We are looking for a skilled Nuclear Technician to join our team as a Radioisotope Production Operator. You will operate and maintain critical equipment for producing radioisotopes, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute production schedules for radioisotope manufacture.
  • Calibrate and troubleshoot production equipment as necessary.
  • Document all production activities for regulatory compliance.
  • Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies.
  • Implement best practices for handling radioactive materials.
  • Engage with suppliers to order and manage stock of materials.
  • Prepare reports on production trends and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor waste management practices related to nuclear materials.
  • Assist in research projects related to production enhancements.
  • Work closely with quality assurance to maintain standards.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Physics, or related field
  • Radioactive Materials Handling Expertise in handling and managing radioactive materials safely.
  • Production Monitoring Software Proficiency in using production monitoring systems to track efficiency.
  • Health and Safety Compliance In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
  • Attention to Detail Meticulous in following through on processes and protocols.
  • Problem-solving Skills Adept at identifying issues and implementing solutions quickly.
  • Communication Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
  • Valid Radiation Safety Certification
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience with Radioisotope Labelling Techniques: Hands-on experience with techniques for labelling radioisotopes.
  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance Processes: Knowledge of quality assurance methods and practices in production environments.
