Job Description

As a Pool Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our swimming pool facility, ensuring that all safety standards are met while providing a clean and welcoming environment. You will lead a dedicated team, manage staff schedules, and develop programs that engage our community. Your role will be pivotal in creating memorable experiences for patrons, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and engage with visitors.
• Supervise routine maintenance and cleaning schedules.
• Plan special events and promotions to increase pool usage.
• Maintain equipment and supplies inventory.
• Report incidents and ensure documentation is thorough and accurate.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to enhance overall facility performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or Sports Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in pool management or recreation facility management preferred

Certifications

• Certified Aquatic Manager (CAM)

Languages

• English: Fluent
