As a Cured Meats Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of the cured meats production process. Your role includes ensuring production goals are met, training staff, and upholding safety and quality standards.

Maintain and update accurate production reports.
Work closely with the Quality Control team to resolve compliance issues.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Meat Processing Certification is highly desired

3+ years in a supervisory role in food production
