Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Farmworkers to join our vibrant team in Townsville. As a Farmworker, you'll play an essential role in cultivating crops, maintaining greenhouses, and ensuring our cotton products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery associated with crop production.
• Monitor and adjust environmental controls within greenhouses.
• Assist in planting, harvesting, and maintaining crops.
• Perform routine safety inspections of tools and equipment.
• Help manage irrigation and fertilisation processes.
• Work within a team to meet production targets.
• Report crop quality issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain records of crop care activities and yield outputs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in operating agricultural machinery is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent
