Job Description

As a Bee Raiser, you will oversee the care and management of bee colonies, producing honey, beeswax, and other bee-related products. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our hives and promoting the well-being of our bee populations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily care of beehives, ensuring optimal conditions for bees.
• Analyse bee behaviour and health to implement best practices.
• Handle the marketing and sales of honey and related products.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient apiary operations.
• Participate in community outreach to promote sustainable beekeeping.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in apiculture or beekeeping

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in beekeeping or apiculture.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of beekeeping practices
• Beehive management

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent
