We are seeking a knowledgeable Extruding Machine Setter to oversee the setup and operation of extrusion machinery. You'll play a critical role in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while meeting all quality control guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure extrusion equipment according to specifications.
• Operate extrusion machines to produce plastic products efficiently.
• Maintain and repair machines to ensure minimal downtime.
• Monitor and maintain optimal machine settings for quality production.
• Perform quality assurance checks at various stages of production.
• Document production data and assist in troubleshooting machinery issues.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
• Educate new team members on machine operation and safety practices.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure workspace is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
