Job Description

The Dope Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the reliable operation of production equipment in our cannabis cultivation facility. This role is vital for maintaining equipment efficiency and optimizing production outputs.

Responsibilities

• Regularly assess equipment operations to identify potential issues before they arise.
• Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs when necessary.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies required for maintenance.
• Assist with new equipment installations and upgrades.
• Work closely with the cultivation staff to ensure healthy plant environments through effective equipment management.
• Support training initiatives for new and existing employees regarding proper equipment use.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or certificate in Horticulture or related field

Experience

• Experience working in a cannabis cultivation facility is highly regarded.

Technical Skills

• HVAC Knowledge

Languages

• English: Fluent
