Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee operations at our Port Macquarie hotel. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining our high standards of service while managing a diverse team and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead hotel operations, ensuring all departments are aligned with the hotel's goals.
  • Develop training programs for staff to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage costs effectively.
  • Create guest satisfaction initiatives and respond to feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service.
  • Perform market analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and manage contracts.
  • Ensure that the hotel meets all licensing and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Hospitality Management preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or related field
