Job Description

As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will play a pivotal role in managing and developing client accounts. You'll foster relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and deliver tailored solutions to achieve their business objectives. Your exceptional customer service will ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and concerns.
  • Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide clients with market insights and risk assessment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

  • Prepare and manage account plans for key clients.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or insurance
