Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Hotel Desk Clerk to join our vibrant team. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience by providing top-notch customer service during check-in and check-out processes, handling inquiries, and ensuring all guest needs are met with a warm smile.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and check them in to their rooms in a welcoming manner.
  • Answer guest inquiries and assist with requests effectively.
  • Make reservations for guests and manage booking systems efficiently.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to meet and exceed guest needs.
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Handle cash drawer and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Provide concierge services, such as restaurant recommendations and bookings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support front office operations.

Advantageous

  • Previous experience with reservation software: Experience in handling online booking platforms is a plus.
