Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Event Planner to join our team in Albury. You'll play a vital role in shaping events that leave a lasting impression on guests. From planning to execution, your efforts will be key to our success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines and project plans for all events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with venues and suppliers.
  • Assist clients with event-related inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate logistics for attendee registration and travel.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials and schedules.
  • Monitor event budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Lead a team of event staff to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Event Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in the event planning industry.
