Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. You will work collaboratively with various teams to address client needs and foster strong relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify client expansion opportunities.
  • Document and track customer success metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Organize client events and webinars to enhance community engagement.
  • Develop customer success plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Respond promptly to client requests and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on customer-focused campaigns.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Postgraduate qualifications are an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech or SaaS

Advantageous
