Job Description

As a Client Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding customer service while supporting clients through various interactions. You’ll manage client inquiries, offer tailored solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a client service or customer support role in finance or banking.
