Job Description

As a Blade Operator at Construction Solutions Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, specifically graders and bulldozers, to ensure precise grading and excavation of construction sites. This role requires a combination of technical skill and a strong commitment to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage blade machinery to achieve precise grading.
• Conduct routine inspections and upkeep of equipment.
• Work with site supervisors to discuss daily objectives.
• Monitor job site safety protocols at all times.
• Assist in training new operators as required.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials handled.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in heavy machinery operation
• Additional training in safety operations is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in construction operations.
