Production Worker - Keyboard Action Assembler

Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled Production Workers to join our Keyboard Manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling keyboard components, testing their functionality, and ensuring they meet our strict quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and a commitment to producing quality products.

Responsibilities

• Test and calibrate keyboard components for optimal performance.
• Execute assembly tasks while ensuring attention to detail and accuracy.
• Participate in quality control inspections and report defects.
• Assist in training new team members on assembly processes and best practices.
• Identify bottlenecks in the production line and recommend solutions.
• Work closely with quality control teams to uphold the standards of our products.
• Support the manufacturing team in achieving production targets.

Requirements

Education

• Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience in keyboard assembly and testing, preferably with mechanical and membrane keyboards.

Technical Skills

• Soldering
• Use of measuring tools

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in working with international clients: Ability to understand and meet export standards.
• Knowledge of electronic component specifications: Familiarity with specifications for various keyboard components.
