We are on the lookout for an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and managing the production team to meet our operational goals. You will play a critical role in optimising our production processes while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute production schedules to meet business objectives.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure product excellence.
• Implement safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage resources effectively to optimize production output.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations for production staff.
• Report production issues and devise solutions promptly.
• Facilitate training programs for new production employees.
• Review and manage the production budget.
• Evaluate and improve production processes to enhance operational performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• MBA or equivalent is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading production teams
