Join our team as a Gold Plater, where you will apply your expertise in plating techniques to deliver high-quality metal finishes. This role involves monitoring the plating process and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for plating, ensuring all items are ready prior to the plating process.
• Accurately mix and handle chemicals used in the plating solutions.
• Efficiently operate and maintain automated plating machines.
• Conduct regular quality checks during the plating process to ensure standards are met.
• Document all production activities and outcomes as required by company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.
• Stay updated on the latest plating techniques and industry standards.
• Adhere to all company policies regarding workplace safety.
• Participate in team meetings and offer suggestions for improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Engineering - Surface Finishing
• Additional certifications in metallurgy are a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in metal plating or similar roles.
