Job Description

As a Receptionist and Information Clerk at Luxury Hospitality Group, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a critical role in ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Your role will encompass a variety of administrative duties to support the hospitality team in delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between guests and hotel services.
  • Provide local area information and recommendations to guests.
  • Handle billing and payment processing accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Assist in the training of new staff members.
  • Prepare reports on front office operations as required.
  • Manage lost and found items diligently.
  • Perform night audit duties if required.
  • Support management in day-to-day operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certificate III in Hospitality is preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality or customer service
