Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain excellent communication with clients throughout the planning process.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
• Adapt plans based on feedback and changing circumstances.
• Track and report on event performance metrics in terms of client satisfaction and ROI.
• Provide on-site supervision and support during all events.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
• Prepare reports and post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or Hospitality

Experience

• Prior experience in catering or hospitality preferable
