Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be responsible for serving drinks, making recommendations, and ensuring our patrons have a fantastic experience at our bar.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment for guests through attentive service.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in a responsible manner.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to meet customer needs.
• Assist in training new staff members as required.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• RSA Certification a must

Experience

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of cocktails
• Beverage dispensers

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous bartending experience highly regarded.: Experience in mixing and serving cocktails is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of various beverages.: Understanding of wines, spirits, and cocktails preferred.
