We are seeking an enthusiastic Pad Hand to join our dynamic team in Melbourne. As a Pad Hand, you will assist in the operation of industrial machinery and play a crucial role in the production and maintenance of concrete pads. The ideal candidate will be someone who is eager to learn, possesses a strong work ethic, and is able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the operation of concrete production machinery.
• Carry out upkeep and cleaning of equipment.
• Comply with all safety regulations to maintain a risk-free workplace.
• Work closely in a team to achieve production deadlines.
• Assess finished products to confirm they meet quality criteria.
• Record production metrics accurately.
• Assist with the logistics of materials.
• Inventory management of construction supplies.
• Contribute to a culture of safety and quality improvement.
• Learn and adopt best practices in pad production.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Experience

• Experience in construction or manufacturing is preferred.

Advantageous

• Previous Construction Experience: Experience working on concrete projects is a plus.
