Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Clerk to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. You will ensure that customers receive fair compensation while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete claims life cycle from initiation to settlement.
Assist in claims assessment and calculation of payouts.
Liaise with clients, collect required documents, and maintain communication.
Demonstrate ability to handle complex claims with professionalism and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting claims processing.

Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Certification in insurance claims processing or a related field (preferred)
Experience
1-2 years of experience in an insurance or administrative role (preferred)
