Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Insurance Claims Clerk to manage and process insurance claims efficiently. You will ensure that customers receive fair compensation while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete claims life cycle from initiation to settlement.
  • Assist in claims assessment and calculation of payouts.
  • Liaise with clients, collect required documents, and maintain communication.
  • Demonstrate ability to handle complex claims with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes affecting claims processing.
  • Help maintain a positive work environment through teamwork and collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in insurance claims processing or a related field (preferred)
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in an insurance or administrative role (preferred)
