Responsibilities

• Facilitate communications between clients and internal teams.
• Negotiate deal terms and conditions with relevant parties.
• Gather and analyse relevant financial data.
• Support senior bankers in preparing for client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of regulatory filings and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance

Technical Skills

• Market Analysis

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Team Leadership

Certifications

• CFA® or equivalent is advantageous
• Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in corporate finance: Experience in corporate finance will be advantageous for this role.
• Proficiency in data analysis software: Familiarity with SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus.
