In this role, you will support daily farm operations, engage in planting, harvesting, and caring for livestock, while ensuring best practices in agriculture are followed. Responsibilities

• Involve in all aspects of farm management including crop rotation and animal husbandry.
• Assist in developing and implementing best practices for sustainable farming.
• Keep the farm clean and organized to facilitate smooth operations.
• Gather and analyze data pertaining to crop and livestock performance.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance productivity and farm efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Agriculture or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of relevant experience in agriculture or horticulture

Technical Skills

• Crop management
• Animal husbandry

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate
• Chainsaw Safety Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with local flora and fauna: Understanding of the native species and their interactions in farming.
• Knowledge of pest control methods: Experience in managing pests through various methods.
