Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Replanting Machine Crewman to join our team. The successful candidate will operate and maintain mechanised replanting machinery, ensuring efficient and accurate replanting of trees and vegetation. This role is essential in supporting our mission to restore natural ecosystems and combat climate change.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of machinery for tree replanting and maintenance.
• Coordinate with crew members to achieve planting targets.
• Monitor soil conditions and adapt planting techniques accordingly.
• Document planting and maintenance activities accurately.
• Conduct routine checks on machinery for operational safety.
• Train new team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in forestry or agricultural settings.

Advantageous

• Experience with GPS Technology: Knowledge of GPS and mapping technology for planting accuracy.
