We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee daily operations of our farm. Responsibilities include crop cultivation, livestock management, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and profitability. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in agriculture and be committed to sustainable practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and update farm management plans to improve efficiency.
• Implement pest and disease control measures.
• Track and report on compliance with environmental regulations.
• Advise on and execute marketing strategies for farm products.
• Assist in the transition to organic farming methods if applicable.
• Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations.
• Review and manage financial expenditures related to farm operations.
• Advise on technology integration for improved farming practices.
• Foster a positive work environment and enhance teamwork.
• Engage with the local community on sustainability initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in farm management
