We are on the lookout for a meticulous Seed Packer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will handle the packing and labeling of various seed types with utmost precision and efficiency. Responsibilities

• Sort and pack seeds into appropriate containers per requirements.
• Ensure all packed seeds are labeled accurately.
• Conduct quality inspections and remove any defective seeds.
• Keep the packing area tidy and organized.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
• Work with team members to achieve production goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times.
• Report any quality issues promptly.
• Engage in training programs to improve skills and efficiency.
• Help in routine equipment checks and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of packed seeds.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements and feedback.
