Responsibilities

• Harvest oysters and ensure adherence to best aquaculture practices.
• Participate in monitoring environmental conditions and water quality.
• Support team in packing and dispatching oysters to markets.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Engage in ongoing training for sustainable harvesting techniques.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
• Collaborate with quality control processes to meet product standards.

Requirements

Education

• Valid Australian driver's license
• Boat driving license preferred

Experience

• Experience in aquaculture or a related field is an advantage.
