Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections of mushrooms before packing.
• Assist in the setup and takedown of harvesting equipment.
• Report any abnormalities in mushroom growth conditions.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety regulations.
• Engage in continuous learning about mushroom cultivation and harvesting.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required, but agriculture or horticulture experience is preferred.

Experience

• No experience required, but prior experience in physically demanding roles is advantageous.
