As a Horse Trader, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing horses for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the horse market alongside excellent negotiation skills to ensure the best deals.
Responsibilities
Identify potential customers and develop new sales leads.
Respond to customer inquiries about our horses and services.
Arrange and manage viewing appointments and final transactions.
Manage customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships.
Coordinate with training and veterinary staff for horse preparation.
Represent the company at industry events and horse-related functions.
Keep up-to-date with market pricing and trends in the equestrian sector.
Requirements
Education
Degree or diploma in Equestrian Studies, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
At least 2-3 years of experience in buying and selling horses.
Technical Skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Deep understanding of the horse market
