Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist to join our Gympie team. In this role, you'll assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be friendly, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with navigating our services and products effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback to help refine service delivery.
  • Provide technical support for customers as required.
  • Work with team leads to identify trends in customer requests.
  • Help onboard new team members by sharing knowledge and resources.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and strategies.
  • Monitor customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in customer support or service environment
