We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our team in Ballarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical process design and optimization. You will be responsible for developing and improving chemical processes while ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Improve existing processes to reduce costs and increase yields.
• Collaborate with suppliers to source materials for chemical processes.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain product standards.
• Mentor staff on best practices in chemical engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
• Master's degree in a related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering roles
