Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Vamp Strap Ironer to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ironing and finishing vamp straps to ensure the highest quality for our shoe production. Experience within a manufacturing environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all vamp straps meet quality standards before packaging.
• Identify defects and report them to the Production Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols while operating machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes.
• Keep up-to-date records of production output.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss improvements.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
