• Coordinate resources and liaise with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare reports on project status and budgets for stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and foster strong communication among team members.
• Manage risks and troubleshoot issues that arise during the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management within the construction sector
